We accept all major credit cards through Paypal's secure payment system. Paypal is completely free and is extremely safe, they ensure that your credit card details never get seen by the merchant and are either never stored or highly encrypted and stored on their protected servers.

We also employ our own security measures to protect our customers. When ordering you will see alittle padlock (SSL) either in the address bar or in the status bar on the bottom of your screen. This means that any details (Name, address etc.) are all encrypted so they cannot be intercepted and read, we also don't store any payment information on our servers and never even see your payment details.

All refunds will be issued to the paypal account of the original transaction. We are happy to refund the full value of unwanted goods that are returned to shabbytiger in original condition within 14 days. Shabbytiger reserves the right to refuse to accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

We cannot issue a refund with out a valid receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition. This means unworn and with labels attached along with the original packaging. We cannot refund items that have been washed or worn. 

Please ensure that you apply the correct postage. We recommend that you send recorded delivery to ensure the safe return of your package. Shabbytiger cannot take any responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid or where the item has become damaged in transit.

If you would like to exchange the item please enclose a clear note of the item - style, size and colour - you would like to have in exchange. Please also enclose full contact details including address and a contact telephone number. 

Unfortunately shabbytiger cannot refund postage charges for unwanted items nor can we reimburse postage and shipping costs incurred by returning an unwanted item.
